Once your order is placed, our system performs a brief security check to protect your payment information. Simultaneously, our team verifies your shipping address to ensure successful delivery.

  • Note: If you need to change your address or cancel the order, please contact us within this 12-hour window.

 

Step 2: The “White Glove” Inspection ✨

  • Status: Processing
  • Timeframe: Day 3 – 7

This is the most crucial stage. Your jewelry will be carefully selected from our constant temperature and humidity warehouse.

 

Our specialists perform a strict 3-Point Quality Check:

  1. Material Inspection: Ensuring the wood grain is flawless and the metal is tarnish-free.
  2. Structural Test: Checking the strength of the clasp, chain, and connector rings.
  3. Final Polish: A gentle hand-polishing to remove any dust or fingerprints, ensuring it arrives with a perfect shine.

Why this takes time: We reject any piece that doesn’t meet our standards, which sometimes requires re-picking from inventory.

 

Step 3: Packaging & Blessing 🎁

After approval by our inspectors, your ordered product will be carefully placed in a bag to prevent scratching during transportation. It will then be properly secured in a crush-proof shipping box, ready to cross the ocean and embark on its journey.

 

Step 4: Dispatch & Journey 🚚
