How It Works

1. Apply

Complete the affiliate registration form and provide accurate information about yourself and the channels you intend to use to promote CrossMira.

Applications may be reviewed before an affiliate account is approved.

2. Promote

After approval, use your unique affiliate links and permitted promotional materials to introduce CrossMira products to your audience.

3. Earn

When an eligible customer follows your affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase, a commission will be recorded in your affiliate account.

New commissions normally appear as Pending while the associated order is reviewed.

4. Get Paid

Once an eligible commission has completed the required verification period and becomes Approved, it can be included in an upcoming payout cycle once the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

 

How Affiliate Commissions Are Confirmed

A commission appearing in your affiliate dashboard does not automatically mean that it is immediately payable.

New commissions are normally recorded as Pending.

A qualifying commission must be associated with an order that:

• Has been successfully paid.
• Has been properly attributed to your affiliate account.
• Has been completed and fulfilled.
• Has not been canceled.
• Has not been fully refunded or returned.
• Has not resulted in a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Has not been identified as fraudulent or abusive.
• Complies with the CrossMira Affiliate Program rules.

Commissions normally remain Pending for 30 days after the associated order is completed.

This verification period allows sufficient time to account for cancellations, refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud reviews, and other adjustments.

If the order remains eligible after the verification period, the commission may be changed from Pending to Approved.

Only Approved commissions are eligible for payout.

 

What Amount Is Commission Calculated On?

Unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, commission is calculated on the eligible merchandise value of a qualifying order after applicable discounts.

Commission is generally not earned on:

• Shipping charges
• Taxes
• Customs duties or import charges
• Refunded amounts
• Canceled items
• Gift cards
• Payment processing fees
• Other non-product charges

If part of an order is refunded, returned, or canceled, the commission may be adjusted to reflect the final eligible purchase amount.

 

When Do We Pay Affiliate Commissions?

CrossMira normally processes eligible affiliate payouts on or around the 15th of each month.

To be included in a payout, a commission must have:

• Completed the applicable verification period.
• Been marked Approved.
• Met all Affiliate Program requirements.
• Contributed to an Approved commission balance of at least US$50.

For example, if an eligible order is completed on August 3, its 30-day verification period would normally end in early September. If the commission is then approved and all payout requirements have been met, it may be included in the next applicable monthly payout cycle.

The actual arrival date of a payment may vary depending on the payment provider, banking system, weekends, public holidays, account verification, or other processing factors.

Minimum Payout: US$50

The minimum payout threshold is US$50 in Approved commissions.

If your Approved balance is below US$50 when we process payouts, you do not lose the commission.

Instead, the Approved balance remains in your account and automatically carries forward to future payout periods.

Once your Approved commission balance reaches US$50 or more, it becomes eligible for the next applicable payout cycle.

 

When Can a Commission Be Declined or Reversed?

We want legitimate affiliate partners to be paid fairly. At the same time, commissions are only payable on genuine, qualifying transactions.

A commission may be declined, canceled, reduced, withheld, or reversed in circumstances including the following.

 

Canceled Orders

If a customer cancels an order, the associated commission will not be payable.

 

Refunds and Returns

If an order is fully refunded or returned, the associated commission will normally be canceled.

If only part of an order is refunded or returned, the commission may be recalculated based on the final qualifying order value.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Commission is not payable on an order that results in a chargeback, unauthorized payment claim, payment reversal, or similar dispute.

If such an event occurs after a commission has already been paid, the relevant amount may be deducted from future affiliate earnings.

 

Fraudulent or Artificial Transactions

Commission will not be paid on transactions that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, fabricated, manipulated, or created primarily for the purpose of generating affiliate commission.

This may include:

• Stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Fake customer information
• Artificial orders
• Coordinated purchases intended to manipulate commissions
• Repeated suspicious transactions
• Attempts to manipulate the affiliate tracking system

Self-Referrals

Unless CrossMira has given prior written permission, affiliates may not earn commission by purchasing through their own affiliate links or referral codes.

Transactions that are effectively self-purchases or primarily intended to generate commission may be excluded from the program.

 

Duplicate or Incorrect Attribution

Only one affiliate commission can normally be awarded for the same qualifying order.

If duplicate referrals, technical errors, multiple affiliate IDs, or attribution conflicts occur, CrossMira’s tracking records will be used to determine the applicable referral.

Commissions generated accidentally because of tracking, calculation, or technical errors may be corrected.

 

Prohibited Promotional Methods

Commissions may be rejected when referrals result from prohibited or deceptive promotional practices.

Examples include:

• False or misleading product claims
• Pretending to be CrossMira or an official CrossMira account
• Creating deceptive websites, accounts, or domains that imitate CrossMira
• Cookie stuffing
• Forced clicks
• Hidden or deceptive redirects
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Fake coupons or unauthorized discount codes
• Publishing promotions that CrossMira has not authorized
• Artificially generated transactions
• Other attempts to manipulate referral attribution

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program.

 

What Happens If a Customer Refunds an Order After Commission Has Been Paid?

In some cases, a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction may be identified after an affiliate payout has already been processed.

If this happens, the commission previously paid on that transaction may be deducted from future affiliate commissions.

This helps ensure that commissions are ultimately paid only on valid completed sales.

 

Affiliate Tracking and the 30-Day Cookie

CrossMira currently provides a 30-day affiliate referral cookie.

This means an eligible referral may be tracked when a visitor follows your affiliate link and completes a qualifying purchase within the applicable tracking period.

However, tracking depends on the referral being successfully recorded by our system.

A commission may not be attributed when, for example:

• The customer deletes or blocks cookies.
• Browser privacy settings prevent tracking.
• The tracking period expires.
• The customer uses another qualifying referral before purchasing.
• The customer switches browsers or devices and the referral cannot be reliably connected.
• An affiliate link has been incorrectly modified.
• Technical restrictions prevent the referral from being recorded.

Affiliate commissions are determined using the referral and transaction records available in our system.

 

Pending Does Not Mean Payable

A commission marked Pending is still being reviewed.

Pending commissions are not yet payable and should not be treated as finalized earnings.

Orders may remain Pending while they are:

• Being processed
• Being fulfilled
• Within the verification period
• Under payment review
• Subject to refund or dispute review
• Under affiliate or fraud review

Only commissions marked Approved can become eligible for payout.

Payment Details and Verification

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payout information.

Payment may be delayed if:

• Payment information is missing.
• Payment information is incorrect.
• A payment provider rejects the payment.
• Identity or account verification is required.
• Tax documentation is required by applicable law or a payment provider.
• Affiliate activity requires additional review.

Any applicable payment-provider, bank, intermediary, transaction, or currency-conversion fees may apply depending on the payout method.

Commission Reviews and Payment Holds

CrossMira may temporarily hold a commission or payout when account activity requires additional review.

For example, additional review may occur following:

• An unusual increase in transactions
• An unusually high refund or chargeback rate
• Suspicious referral activity
• Conflicting account information
• Suspected fraud
• Possible violations of Affiliate Program rules

A temporary review does not necessarily mean the commission has been rejected.

Eligible commissions may be released after the review is completed.

 

Commission Questions or Disputes

If you believe a commission has been incorrectly attributed, adjusted, or rejected, please contact us and provide the relevant referral or order information.

Commission-related inquiries should normally be submitted within 60 days of the relevant transaction or commission decision.

We will review the available affiliate tracking, order, payment, refund, and transaction records when evaluating a commission inquiry.

 

Your Responsibilities as an Affiliate

By participating in the CrossMira Affiliate Program, you agree to:

• Promote CrossMira honestly and accurately.
• Avoid misleading claims about products, prices, discounts, or availability.
• Follow applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required.
• Use affiliate links responsibly.
• Avoid spam, deceptive advertising, and tracking manipulation.
• Keep your account and payout information accurate.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

Participation in the program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, agency, or joint venture between CrossMira and an affiliate.

 

Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations that apply to their affiliate earnings.

Where required by applicable law or a payment provider, CrossMira may request identity, business, or tax information before issuing payment.
