  1. Inspection Period (The 48-Hour Rule) Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately. You must report any defects, damage, or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please email us at [email protected] with clear photos of the defect and the original packaging.
  • Claims made after 48 hours of the delivery timestamp will be considered as wear and tear and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  1. Change of Mind Returns We want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs.
  1. Refund Calculations (Important) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note the following non-refundable deductions:
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • Transaction Fees: Fees charged by payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Credit Cards) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid to your local government or carrier are non-refundable by CrossMira. You may need to contact your local customs office to reclaim these funds.
  1. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Earrings (pierced jewelry).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  1. How to Initiate a Return Do not send items back without contacting us first.

  2. Wait for our Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
